A Peek At My Private Collection

Meet Zack and his little buddy, Zee- Bat.  They just came back from the pumpkin patch with their “perfect” pumpkin for a Jack -O- Lantern.

Zack is 2- 1/2″ tall, his head/arms/legs are thread jointed.

Prudence Clearwater

Prudence Clearwater was my prototype for a new
pattern.  She is 22″ long and I made her in 1991, we
were packed & ready to move back to the East, &
I needed a “stress release” so I took the sewing machine,
unpacked a new piece of mohair that I had recently pur-
chased and “Prudence” happened. That was my first
pattern with both bent knee & wrist limbs.

Miss Daisy

Miss Daisy is an 11″ bear made of a curly rayon fabric.
She has hand blown glass eyes, fully disc jointed with
bent wrists.  Miss Daisy began wearing reading glasses
a few years ago and is enjoying “retirement” in my private
collection.  She won a Third Place Ribbon at a Doll & Bear
Show in San Jose, CA.

Annie

Annie was my first miniature bear.  She stands 4 3/4″ tall and
is disc jointed at the neck and thread jointed limbs, and my first
original miniature bear pattern.

LuLu

Meet LuLu.  She is my newest addition to my
collection.  LuLu will be traveling to the USA
from across the pond shortly.  Not in time for
Thanksgiving but hopefully during that next week.
